Who we are

What we collect

Parent or guardian details: name, mobile number(s), email, how you heard about us.

Children's details you give us: first name, date of birth or age, special needs notes, and signed safety waivers.

Visit, booking, membership and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.

Children's data

Only a parent or guardian aged 18 or over may register children. We collect children's information only to run safe, supervised play sessions, apply the correct age pricing and contact the parent. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

How we use it

To check you in, keep children safe, issue invoices, manage memberships and bookings, answer enquiries, and, if you agree, send offers by WhatsApp. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

How long we keep it

Signed waivers are deleted after 30 days. Sales and invoice records are kept as required by UAE tax law. Other records are kept while you remain a customer and deleted on request where the law allows.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, payments, messaging) and with authorities where the law requires. Dubai Mall sales totals sent to the mall landlord contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@koalakids.ae. We reply within 30 days.
